Roero DOCG Reserve
Pierin

An important and generous Piedmontese red wine of great quality and excellent ageing.

Appearance: ruby red with orange hues that become more evident with ageing.

Nose: delicate, ethereal, full and pervasive, reminiscent of violet fragrances with memoirs of spices.

Palate: warm, full, dry, well-orchestrated and austere due to its sweet and solidlybuilt tannins.

Gastronomic matching: it is excellent with every kind of food but special with courses of roast, grilled and stewed meat and game. The perfect combination with ripe hard cheeses.
